This will include a simulation of all process and  movements, created with our low-code python tools. Approximately 6–10 one hour sessions can be needed to complete this phase. Once ready, your team will have full access to the FloWide platform, be able to re-run simulations with different  parameters, or improve the model by accessing the underlying python program.

 3Simulating scenarios and improving the digital twin

Using FloWide technologies you will be able to explore how existing hardware deployments, and newly added sensors could be used better to improve your teams’ efficiency. For example, you will be able to simulate an existing solution in which pickers scan items and locations together. The limitations of this workflow, including the picker’s line of sight, and human error, are also considered. Making changes to the simulation model, your team will see how tracking the picker (or vehicle) moving the pallets provides better results by removing these limitations through real-time location data collected from FloWide tags.


 4Deploying hardware and implementing changes
